What can we demolish?

With a permit:

Recently occupied homes. Please check with the county for location specifics.

Without a permit:

Barns, dilapidated structures, old fencing or building materials, etc.

Can I watch?
- Only from the property line. Demolition is extremely dangerous and the entire area must be clear before work can begin.
Debris to be stacked or removed?
- Private residents can choose either haul off or debris staying onsite.
- PBR usually recommends hauling off all debris to a landfill.
Are all utilities turned off/confirmed?
- Customer is responsible for shutting off anything running to that structure and removing any items/fixtures they wish to keep. PBR does not move out furniture, clean out barns/shops, etc. Structure must be 100% empty and ready for PBR to demolish.
